Hi, I am Ivonne.Your data belongs to you. On this page I explain, in simple words, what information we keep when you book, why we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

1. Who is responsible

Ivonne Tour RD, based in Bávaro · Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is responsible for your data. Write to us at reservas@ivonnetour.com or on WhatsApp at +1 829 671 1421.

2. What data we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone number, hotel or pick-up point, activity date, number of people, and any notes you add.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form: your name, your message and your phone number.
When you leave a review: your name, your rating, your text and, if you add them, your photos. We publish a review only after you send it and we approve it.
When you visit the website: usage data such as the pages you see, your clicks, how far you scroll and the type of device. We explain this below.

3. Why we use it

To manage and confirm your booking, and to email you.
To plan your pick-up and help you before and during the activity.
To answer your questions.
To publish your review, if you send it and we approve it.
To improve the website: to see which pages work and which ones confuse people.

We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

To run the website, we use outside services. Each one receives only what it needs for its task:

Vercel: hosts the website.
Upstash: stores booking and review data.
Resend: sends our confirmation emails.
Azul and PayPal: process card payments if you choose to pay online. We never see or keep your card number.
Microsoft Clarity: measures how people use the website (see below).
Google: for our ads (see below).

Some of these services are outside the Dominican Republic, so your data may be processed in other countries. We may also share your data if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the website, without knowing who they are: clicks, scrolling and cursor movement. It also records sessions. We use it to find the parts of the website that are hard to use and to fix them. We do not use it to identify you.

Clarity hides what you type in forms, such as your name, email or phone number, so it does not appear in the recordings. Clarity places cookies in your browser, and Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

If you do not want us to measure your visit, press the button below. The website saves your choice in your browser and stops loading Clarity.

6. Google ads

If you arrive from a Google ad, Google may record that you clicked on it. This follows Google’s privacy policy. You can manage the ads you see at adssettings.google.com.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as we need it to manage your booking, help you and meet legal and accounting duties. After that, we stop using it and delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see the next point).

8. Your rights

At any time, you can ask us to:

Tell you what data we have about you.
Correct it if it is wrong.
Delete it.
Stop using it.

Write to reservas@ivonnetour.com or on WhatsApp. We answer as soon as we can. These rights come from Law No. 172-13 on personal data protection in the Dominican Republic.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page, with its date.
